Pakistanska Föreningen won the toss and elected to bat first. They got off to a shaky start losing opener Imam Din early, with Azeem Amin out for a duck, they were left in a precarious position. Muhammad Faraan Chaudhry tried to stabilize the innings with a quickfire 13, but wickets kept falling at regular intervals. Tajammal Hussains gritty knock of 34 and Sharjeel Sadaqats cameo of 25 helped Pakistanska Föreningen post a total of 147 for the loss of all 10 wickets in their 20 overs.
For Stockholm CC, Avinash Upadhyaya was the pick of the bowlers, taking two wickets for 33 runs in his four overs. Paul Mcintosh also bowled well, taking three wickets for 19 runs in his 3.3 overs.
In response, Stockholm CC started off slowly losing opener Rakesh K for 13 runs. However, their middle-order batsmen held their nerve and chased down the target comfortably with 11 balls to spare. Ashwin Amalraj was declared the Man of the Match for his unbeaten 63 off 41 balls.
Pakistanska Föreningens bowlers struggled to pick up wickets. Overall, it was a disappointing outing for Pakistanska Föreningen as they were outplayed by Stockholm CC in all departments of the game.
