Yesterday it was announced by RF that people over the age of 15 can restart training from 14-Dec if their guidance to reduce the spread of Covid-19 is followed.

Within our club we have the following rules to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and be safe:
- Stay at home if you have any cold or flu symptoms
- Practise good hand hygiene, wash your hands before and after training
- Change at home
- Use your own equipment wherever possible.
- Don’t shake hands, give high-fives or hugs
- Don’t share water bottles
In addition to these we need to follow the following rules from RF that apply for sports from 2020-12-14 until 2021-06-30. Allowance is reserved by RF to change them.
Youth and Adults (born before 2005)
- No matches are allowed to be played (cups, tournaments)
- Training is allowed, with the following conditions:
- A safe distance should be maintained between participants
- Do not share equipment
- If possible, hold activities outdoors
- Avoid shared changing rooms
- Travel to and from activities by yourself
- Conduct activities in small groups (i.e 8 people, split 16 people into 2 groups of 8)
Children and Youth (born after 2005)
- Training in larger groups is allowed
- Single matches between clubs are allowed, but not competitions (cups, tournaments)
- Public (max 8 people) is allowed
Personal responsibility:
- Limit close contact
- Keep your distance, especially in small or enclosed spaces under a longer period of time
- Try to be outdoors
- Travel in a manner that reduced the risk for infection
- Avoid public transport
- During long journeys, avoid contact with new people during the journey
